14” Bandsaw – Crank handle 1

Finished the tension leaf spring (damper).

Move on now to making the tension rod crank handle. From MDF the handle itself plus two blocks to hold the 5/16” nut coupler.

Marked the centre of each one and bored 25mm holes with a Forstner bit and created the hex shape with a keyhole saw.

Ready to epoxy.

When it cures I’ll shape the handle on the 8” bandsaw then sand on the disc & belt sander.

A knob on the end will complete this job.
