Auto fill/recycle bird bath–alterations

The birdbath is close to the workshop so decided to do away with the car battery and bring all the electrics inside and run from a 12V power supply. Loosing light and then had a double injury to the right wrist so we'll have to come back in the morning - that's fine.

 I hve ordered and waiting on a float level switch for run-dry protection in case of reservoir water loss.

Setup the bird bath in the front yard along with a V380 wi-fi camera to monitor activity and keep a eye on the water level in the bucket. XXX

Moved from the back gazebo area to the front yard.

 This is for friends who have a regular size concrete bird bath that is currently in high demand and has to be filled daily.
