Wi-Fi Chicken Door - Part 4

In this session we are assembling the frame.

Two screws for each corner.

Last corner.

My DIY 12" sander mounted on the ALDI WorkZone wood lathe.

Sand all the sides.

With the door done we can start the main frame.

The door will sit inside routed channels on the inside of the frame sides. That 70 x 35 pine timber is enough for both frame sides.

The door will slide inside routed channels.

Let's cut the timber in half.
