Wi-Fi Chicken Annexe Door - Part 2

In this session we installed the wi-fi door into the annexe gate.

Removed the annexe gate and took it into the workshop.

To big for the workbench I need to lay it on the floor - outside face down.

We will need to remove all the gate hardware.

Measuring and marking... and thinking.

About to cut out the wire mesh with small bolt cutters.

OK... let's take everything out to the annexe

Fitting the frame top timber.

That's a long reach Locking C - Clamp

Frame top is done.

Now for the bottom

Made and fitted a door sill.

View from the outside.

That's enough for today, tomorrow I can start fitting the wi-fi valve aka wi-fi actuator.
