Garden Sentry 12V - Part 1

Back from Bunnings with the irrigation fittings I need so we can now start building the low voltage motion activated sprinkler.

I am always prompt to check stuff like this so I know it's not DOA.
Wiring is easy and it's interesting that the negative side of the load is switched - common with auto stuff.

Hook up everything and connect to the bench power supply.

Before turn-on set LUX to daylight, TIME to minimum and SEN(sitivity) to mid position. I'm using a 12V LED strip for the load.

PIR sensor working as expected. Current consumption @ 12V is 40mA.
