Printed a gear template, stuck it onto a piece of laminated MDF.and cut out the gear wheel on the band saw. Also chiseled out a square hole for the 3/8" coach bolt.
Ready to epoxy the coach bolt into the gear wheel. Disposable gloves are a must.
Epoxy applied now we need to tension the bolt into the gear wheel.
Four oversize spacer nuts and then a 3/8" nut done up tight.
