Doing some planning before we start. This Torx wood screw is just the right length and I have a dog food tin full of them.
Clamped up and marked the drill locations, then drilled all the pilot holes followed by shank clearance - then countersink.
This is the left side and the front has a smaller radius that the back. Template for the front is cat food tin (Chicken) and for the back the lid from a Danish Butter Cookies tin.
Unscrewed the panels and marked out each corner using the specified templates. Then cut each one with a jigsaw.
Screwed the panels together again and here we are smoothing out with wood rasp then 1/3 sheet sander.
Later in the build Philip Tyme can do a final sand of everything.
Doing this soft of stuff demands a wood vice. I only have a small but good quality one, Larger pro ones cost arm & leg.
Sanding the sides, here you can see the screw layout. Later on during glue-up we'll put in some more down the middle.
