Each side will have four large 125mm holes down the middle. This gives the unit that funky DJ look, reduces weight (each quite heavy) and provides convenient hand holes.
Here we are setting up the drill guide to drill pilot holes with the bit depth set for two and a half panels.
Philip Tyme having fun.
With the six panels marked so they don't get mixed up we unscrewed and separated the panels, then bored the first 125mm hole - bloody hard.

Not sure how are going to do the other. Started the second hole and already it getting harder.
Here Philip Tyme is chiseling out material to ease the burden of friction. Bosch drill is also smoking so swap to another cordless drill.
Still battling to do the third hole, more cordless drills overheating (I have a few of them) and the last one we used to do that third hole was my Ozito brushless drill and it's is overheating as well.
DOWN TOOLS - time for a meeting !!!
