Mini Batman wall light - part 5



From the last session the end of the LED strip run overlaps the start - not by much!

The end of the LED strip coming in from the left overlaps the start (power cable end) and those last couple of LED's will be seen from the front as bright spots upsetting  the even illumination of the name letters.
We need to on the scroll saw recess the start of the LED strip so the end sits flush with the cutout.

Removing the middle layer panel; with the LED strip lights.


You can see the marked recess here, over to the scroll saw.

Setting up as before blade is removed and passed through the inside and then mounted again.

Ready to make that recess cut.

That worked out well, now back to the back panel.



At the end of the last session we made the back panel and here I've marked and drilled the screw holes and also cut a slot for the "tail'.

Enough for now in the next session I will fit and secure the panel with small countersunk wood screws.

I have a good collection of tiny hardware stuff.
