Toy Poodle–Jack Russell picture light (final)

and to give it time to dry…

Before starting to wire the Jack Russell we should glue down the background photo print to the front of the picture frame backboard so it has more drying time, and add some weight.
As before work my way around laying down the LED’s and tacking with hot glue.

Glue a MDF strip across the spacers and again add some weight.

Back to the backboard, mark and drill the holes for the power wires.

Important stage – glue the doggies to the backboard. For one of them pass the LED light power wires through the hole then turn it over and apply wood glue on the mounting strip (or spacer blocks). Turn face up and pull the power wires through while positioning  carefully - then lower onto the board and apply pressure for a minute – leave to dry. Repeat the procedure for the 2nd doggie.

Come back later and do another mock-up check.

Now we can turn to the back; mount the battery box and terminate the power wires.

Forgot to take final photos but the rest was simply too run a string across the top held with small screws – for wall hanging. Stick on my business card and stamp a corner with my copyright stamp.

Cheers
