Toy Poodle–Jack Russell picture light (part 6)

From the last session the MDF doggie silhouette's are ready for the LED back-lighting.

Before we do that we need to trim off their bum's!
Carefully position the doggies inside the frame and run a pencil line down each side.

Trim off the back end and we can start wiring the Poodle.

Doing a mock-up (yeah…another one) to check the silhouette lighting effect – looks good.

To finish this one we glue a 3mm MDF strip across the spacer blocks.

That will leave 1 – 2mm gap between the front of the doggie and the back of the glass – perfect.


 

 






Now for the Jack Russell.
