This is where we finished the last session, ready to route out the blade insert.

After measuring and marking I used the round plastic light fitting thing on the left as a template. To busy with the trim router and forgot to take photos of the routing out stage. I will use the saw to cut it's own blade insert !!!

No issues cutting the hard Laminate flooring 

Now to sand down the circumference on the disc & belt sander. Frequent checks and try to align the grain with the table top.
I was a fraction off setting the exact router bit depth resulting in the insert sitting slightly proud of the table top. I'll fix that tomorrow.
