As previously mentioned I'm mounting the new saw on a old hospitality trolley with castors. After sketching some ideas on paper I've come up with enough to start measuring and cutting wood to make some wings that will mount on either side of the trolley to support longer lengths of timber.
Above: This is a mock up, each wing is supported by a rectangular box.
Above: The box supports will be stored underneath and fixed down with a few screws when needed..
Above: The wings will be screwed (no glue) to the box supports.
Above: It's nice to finally have a sliding mitre saw but the table saw still retains the prime spot in the shop.
Left over stuff for the scrap box.
