Bailey - Stairwell barriers 4

Been busy with other things including coping with a little fur thing lol. At the end of the last session started putting up two rows of gutter guard but changed my mind and continued using the plastic fencing for the very top 'droop barrier row'.

Using clothes pegs to hold the mesh in place makes it a lot easier to align and cable tie.
Start working my way down towards the wall corner.
Now the shorter section at the top of the stairs.

Quite tiring standing on stepladder with arms up threading cable ties, zipping them tight and cutting off the excess.

I am doing most of this while Bailey is sleeping!

We are done let's take a photo from the other side.

Looks OK, I need some more bamboo sticks to straighten out bulging like we have to the right.

I was about to move back when...

Bailey darted between my legs and scaled the corner and took off along the top of the hand rail - OMG.

Thank goodness with my long arm I had the reach to scoop him up and bring him back!

I have to do something about that now!

I was planning to continue down the first flight to the landing tomorrow as I need some more stained bamboo poles

Anyway found another pole to at least do one narrow section to protect that hand rail.
