Yesterday after 2 years plus 3 months (2-year warranty) we exchanged our faulty VAX VX66 for another new one

VX66 – power brush internal elbow hose half split
Exchange for another VX66
Regardless of the above we will stick (no pun intended) with the VAX brand and in particular the VX66.
