Off to the workshop to cut the last 2&1/2 letters and during cutting the last segment of the very last letter (the M) we had a break-out - bugger

We can recover from this by simply gluing that. Will also wire brace along the back of that segment. Still don't believe this happened to me...
Now some detail work with files and sandpaper.
All done so let's remove the template.
