Purchased this 30V/10A bench power supply AKA lab power supply for Al's Workshop R&D stuff. Unit arrived DOA so asked for replacement or refund.
Whoever was typing on a keyboard or tapping on screen behind the name light-bo-boss is a complete idiot - or complete idiots !!! Unbelievably stupid requests for more info like send a video, eBay messaging only allows photos. Here is their last request and you will get some idea of what I was dealing with:

They want me to remove the cover and look for burnt out stuff !!! At that point I lodged the complaint and as mentioned got a quick refund. Watch out for this company: HONG KONG YEE CHEN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED
