In between the bigger jobs I’m also taking care of the - smaller jobs. When cleaning up the side of the house I noticed that the garage side door does not close and lock properly. That’s the door behind today’s painting team.
It’s a old passage lock set.
I suspect the latch and strike plate are not aligned
I had to drop the strike plate down – quite a bit.
