Bandsaw 28 - Excessive vibration

When the saw is running there is a lot of shaking so went looking for the cause(s) of that and discovered there was excessive flexing between the saw base box and the main vertical beam - we need some more bracing.

Added a bracing panel with another one below the top one (out of picture) which fixed a lot of the shaking and vibration.

Also added another clamp block at the top of the vertically sliding blade guide support.

The top wheel now has a hinged blade guard that opens to the left.

As mentioned previously I’m using a ALDI remotely controlled foot switch (for now) to turn the saw on/off so mounted the in a convenient position.

Did some more test cutting and happy to report the additional bracing has quietened things down and the table doesn't shake so much now.
