I will be using the 8" bandsaw (see previous posts) to build this one. To get started went looking for and found enough Melamine particleboard (16mm) to cut 4 x 14" discs which will make 2 wheels each 32mm wide - more on this later.

14” Bandsaw - New Project
Just finished the 8” bandsaw and decided to build another 14" bandsaw to replace the one lost in the 2016 shed fire that took around 7 months to build.

8” Bandsaw - Revised the tension bridge support.
This one is from pine and fills the whole centre section, not only across but front to back as well - it's like a cross.

Table saw – Mini crosscut sled
During construction of the bandsaw (and other stuff around the workshop) I had need to cut small parts, to small and to dangerous for the big 12" sliding mitre saw, so I just made a small crosscut sled for the table saw.
The base and tracks are laminate flooring with front & back from pine.
