I've been given a kids wooden tricycle to repair. I feel like I'm running a community men's shed.
The damage is obvious, the handle bar was made from a softwood so no surprise the thing broke off. Here I'm knocking the pin out with a pin punch.
While at Bunnings today finally got some 30 and 45 mm square drive screws (driver bit included), something I've been meaning to do for a while. Boy...they screw right in with no need for pilot or countersink - much better than the common Philips head type.
