Jumbuck BBQ needs a new tamer

Purchased in 2015 as a floor special from Bunnings for $75 this BBQ has served us well.

The flame tamer has rusted out but hey... no complaints it lasted 9 years.

This 2015 photo shows the inside layout we and we are searching for a tamer or diffuser to cover that inline 2 burner setup.

Bunnings have a pair of adjustable (260mm-480mm) tamers. Wondering if one of those would be wide enough? Also thinking I could wire them together with coat hanger wire.

Anyway prepping for a BBQ right now.

She cooks up a good meal for two pensioners.
