Time to catch up with gardening, weather has been pretty awful but now starting to feel more like spring so let's get out there.
Completely removing all the Jasmine along that section of fence between the back corner of the house down to the garage AKA workshop. Even with aggressive trimming over the years they are damaging not only the trellis but the fence itself.
Amazing how tough they are - slow going.
Last few years I've had to brace the fence. The fence looks in pretty good condition but over the other side the rails have rotted out. Spoke to the neighbour that I'll replace what I can with what I have so that's another upcoming project.
Monash council has done a musical chairs thing with the bins. Green bin now go's out every week - fine with me.
Over there to the left of the English Box (spare replacement for the nine along the outside of the front fence) was a large creeper (name?) that was the first one taken out.
That corner root ball was a bugger to get out, even with the big crowbar.
Awkward stuff to bin so I'm having ''therapy sessions' where I sit on a small stool cutting into smaller pieces while watching ABC News on the phone.
