Due to international delays last month I purchased from Kmart 2 x USB RGB LED strip 3M lights with IR controller - this is one of them. Must say the quality is good and $15 is OK. Doing a lighting test here after removing the USB cable and hooking up the battery packs.
After making lots of bats with refinements along the way the build procedure is still quite laborious. See next photo for the mini drill I bought to drill the retainer staple holes.
