Mum's recipe which was handed down from her mother which was handed down from...never mind.
It’s the same recipe for chicken curry except for beef stock cube – use chicken.
I usually use Basmati rice; 2 cups and 3 water. Bring to boil and simmer until grains are still slightly hard then turn off and leave to finish off.
Don’t leave too long in the pot or is will start to set – box will still hot.
I have the ALDI cast iron cook ware great value at around $25 for each one.
