Shop Plaque 2

After creating and printing the 'Al's Workshop' pattern we can now stick it onto plywood and start cutting.

Cut some plywood on the table saw.


As with the doggie night lights laid down masking tape on the work piece and then stuck the pattern to that with Blue Stik.



















All of this requires internal cuts so we need to drill lots of pilot holes.

For each one the blade needs to be removed, passed through the work piece, hooked onto the lower blade holder, held with tension, then hooked onto the upper blade holder and finally tensioned with the lever at the back of the saw - phew.
