Golden Retriever night light - Part 7

During a test fit of the internal doggie frame assembly into the picture frame itself I noted there is no clearance between the front face of the doggie and the back of the glass. we need to make some thin spacers.

This is my homemade 8" bandsaw that is powered by a very nice brushless washing machine motor.

Cutting 5mm plywood spacers and then cleaned them up on sandpaper.

Checking to see if the doggie is not touching the back of the glass - there is clearance.

With that done I hot glued the LED’s on the back of the doggie.
