Finishing the gate
Wire is stapled on and we are ready to hang the gate.
Now to finish the last bit of wire on the left side.
Went to get the last bit of timber for the left jamb and discovered it has a banana bow - bugger. Found another one a bit too short so with another off cut had to make one using as before a half lap joint.
Glued and fastened with five screws.
With this particular treated pine the sawdust ain't like sawdust, it's sticky, feels damp and clogs up everything.
