The new motor pulley that I made needs some grub screws to secure it to the motor shaft so back to Masters hardware.
I have a tin of assorted taps & dies but decided to buy a complete new set.
Here you can see the motor pulley now secured to the shaft (two flats) with grub screws.
I did some final truing with my V-groove file cutter.
