Beef Curry Puffs - Follow-up

Cooked some of them tonight in the Philips air fryer along with Birds Eye Golden Crunch chips and server with Trident Sweet Chilli sauce - very nice.

A Kodak moment!

23 years ago I created a folder on my desktop PC and named it Camera Photos, and under that another folder named 1999. I had just purchased my first digital camera and needed somewhere to store the photos. The camera was a Agfa ePhoto 1680 and cost quite a lot of money!

We now have lots of folders.

Bunnings gas bottle exchange

Exchanged two gas bottles today.

Everything was cold today

Cold day, cold wind, cold rain, cold everything :-(

Stayed indoors for most of the day which worked out all right because I continued from yesterday doing network stuff in particular reconfiguring network storage.

NBN HFC cable connection in my downstairs study feeds the NTU and the Telstra Smart Modem 2 hangs off that. In front of that is a 2GB Seagate Expansion Drive.
