Erratic operation and then the lights would not turn on when power was turned off and then on.
No point trying to fix that.
Ordered one off eBay for $13 bucks and hopefully will be able to adapt/modify.
Yep... there will be some fiddling required to adapt that onto the base.
We need to take photos before cutting wires and remove the faulty sensor
