Workshop – Pocket hole drill bit
Nifty mail box delivery this morning, a funny looking drill bit.
It's a pocket hole drill bit with collet for depth adjustment used to join two pieces of timber by drilling into one at a angle to the right depth (collet) and then driving a screw through into the other timber.
Ideally you would use it in conjunction with a pocket hole jig to ensure the correct angle but they are expensive so I’ll have a go at making one.

ALDI – Night lights
Coming up again but…be aware there are many complaints about these units failing including the ones sold at Bunnings under the Click brand. I have several of the previous ones that appear to be a different brand and better than these.
Having said that I'll give it another go, note also that the price has gone up from $9.99 to $12.99. Three bucks for that price point is a lot !!!
